Volunteer
We may be a small organization, but we’re looking for to really make a big difference not only in our local communities, but even outside of our communities (like in faraway countries in Central America, Europe, and Asia). So, if you’re passionate about making a difference in the life of a child in need of a helping hand, please contact us to talk about some of the ways you can help and volunteer.
Also, for middle or high school students within the Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) system in Maryland, Ligaya is registered with the Montgomery County Volunteer Center as a volunteer organization within the county, and is able to offer Student Service Learning (SSL) hours to any student volunteer involved with our any of our projects. Just contact and receive permission from the Volunteer Coordinator at your respective middle or high school, and request and coordinate the appropriate SSL Documentation PRIOR to starting on any particular Ligaya volunteer project(s).
